spring break we move bruce to midland to start his new job at midland lee high school. so far.....so good. i got (unwillingly) to be his "first" treatment in his "new" training room. first few hours in town after arriving, we are out looking at new construction for homes..........and you would know.....i step on a nail....goes right through my "crocs" and deep into the ball of my foot. what a mess! no fun and after getting "the lecture" from bruce about wearing crocs (of course i assured him that there was absolutely no more room in his loaded truck for me to pack another pair of shoes -- that didn't fly) .... i ended up at the ER clinic for a shot and antibiotics. but, the trooper i am (ha) i limped along all weekend and got him moved in. i think the funniest things asked about moving to midland is from the people that want to know if bruce is going to be on friday night lights.....cracks me up -- i am really gonna miss the people of deep east texas! :)
